Our Core Beers


WHITE IPA 5.2%

Our signature brew and first ever beer, we have brewed it with every brewery we’ve worked with. It now has its home at the Great Yorkshire Brewery.

A White IPA is traditionally a hybrid between an American IPA and a Belgian Wit and was first brewed by two American brewers (Deschutes & Boulevard) in 2010. Cloudy and full bodied like a wheat beer but tasting like an IPA, we have used Maris Otter pale malt, a neutral US05 yeast and dry hop with Citra and Chinook to give a light, refreshing citrus profile. Unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised we use 34% malted wheat. Well balanced with a light bitter finish to maximize drinkability and a rich, full-bodied mouth feel. Pairs well with flavoursome/ spicy dishes


 

JUICY PALE 4%

A juicy, hop forward session pale ale made with a combination of Maris Otter, Munich and Cara Light malts this is fast becoming our most popular beer. A low end bitterness and large quantities of Mosaic and Chinook coupled with the lower, session abv give a hop forward, juicy, fruity aroma with a taste to match. Notes of citrus, melon, peach, stone fruit and a touch of pine along with oats, wheat and barley combine to give a good body and fuller mouth feel for a lower abv. Unfiltered,

Juicy is naturally hazy and light on the palate with a low malt profile and is brewed at our London home with Portobello Brewing. Pairs well with salad, chicken and lighter seafood.


 

DO NOT DISTURB NEW ENGLAND PALE ALE 4%

Our NEPA is a real easy drinker. Super Pale malt & torrefied wheat give added depth & mouthfeel whilst allowing the hop combination of Citra, Mosaic, Cascade & Amarillo to really shine through. East Coast yeast gives the haze you’d expect and the result is a hop forward, full bodied, easy drinking NEPA with citrus flavours, a well balanced bitterness and slight sweetness.


 

WHAT THE HELLES?!

What The Helles?! Our crisp, clean, session lager made for any occasion. Pale gold in colour and brewed using Sybilla and Lubelski hops. A light malt profile and soft, slightly sweet finish making this a real easy drinker.


 

PILSNER 4.2%

Also spelt as Pilsener and named after the Czech city Plezn, Pilsner was first brewed by Josef Groll in 1842. Our Pilsner has a crisp, clean, easy drinking profile, is straw blonde in colour and unpasteurised.

Brewed in the German style its balanced taste has a light biscuit malt flavour from the traditional German malts and the addition of Perle and Magnum hops give it a flavoursome, floral hop profile with a low bitter finish. Wheat gives added depth to the body and a slightly sweet finish. Great with almost everything we brew this with our friends at the Great Yorkshire Brewery.


 

PAVE THE WAY PALE ALE 4.6%

Our easy drinking pale to support our charity partners Only A Pavement Away. Made using the finest English Maris Otter Pale ale malt, a distinctive copper pale colour and a rich malty base to showcase the finest American hops. Smooth notes of honey and caramel from the malt combine with Simcoe to give a light and balanced bitterness whilst Eldorado and Amarillo give a light aroma and flavour of watermelon, peach and stone fruit. BIGGER DINGER WEISS 5.4%

The latest addition to our core range in keg and our tribute to Erdinger. Bigger Dinger is a smooth and unfiltered hefeweizen with subtle notes of banana, clove and spice. A clean taste and solid body make this a real easy drinker any time of year. Brewed with our friends at Portobello Brewing Co


 

RED RYE 5%

Our most complex beer that marries together different flavours and hues from 6 different malts, including Rye and Crystal Rye. Vibrant red in colour with a good body it combines well with the assertive US hops of Mosaic and Columbus.

The end result gives flavours and aromas rich in mango, lemon citrus and earthy pine with the rye helping give a slightly dry, spicy finish. Pairs well with rich flavours, BBQ and smoked dishes and brewed as our seasonal winter range with our friends at Portobello Brewing.


Seasonal


AWAKENINGS 4.7%

Our second hybrid and part of our competition series. A Black IPA created by our friends at Brewhouse and Kitchen Bournemouth and now brewed seasonally with our friends at Portobello Brewing.

Black malt & speciality malts combined with Citra & Mosaic to give a rich, smooth body, dark in colour and with hints of chocolate and caramel but with a subtle, tropical flavour profile and a well balanced bitterness. Easy drinking with a smooth finish.


 

SLOW LORIS ALL DAY IPA 4%

Inspired by Founders All Day IPA, Slow Loris is all about the huge amounts of Sorachi Ace hops combined with English Admiral hops. A complex malt bill blending together Maris Otter pale ale malts and 20% oats to give a creamy mouthfeel and big flavour for a Session IPA

Darker in colour we use Carapils, Crystal and Munich malt. Distinctly different, Slow Loris has a taste profile that is earthy and nutty with notes of lemongrass, coconut and burnt orange. Pairs well with root vegetables, darker meat, game and earthy dishes this is probably our most marmite beer….love it or hate it!

 

SPECIALS


SECOND CHANCE SESSION IPA 4.8%

Our Session IPA is packed full of flavour, extra pale malt, wheat and oats combine for a full mouthfeel and sweet malty backbone Idaho7 and Simcoe combine to give flavours of peach, stone fruit and citrus with a soft well rounded bitterness.

DIGITAL DREAMS NEIPA 4.8%

Packed full of our favourite hops, Digital Dreams is that soft, fluffy, head in the clouds beer we’ve come to love. Oats and torrefied wheat give the soft, fluffy mouthfeel whilst Citra and Simcoe are added in the whirlpool with a dry hop of a blend of Mosaic T90 and Mosaic Cryo to give that fresh aroma of peach, stonefruit and berry with a low to no bitter finish.


 

PASS THE FORK BLACK FOREST GATEAU PORTER 5.5%

A rich, velvety chocolate porter infused with Kirsch, Maraschino Cherries and Vanilla pods. A smooth, full body with rich mouthfeel and flavours of that oh so moreish dessert. No fork required
